1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and OTPWala ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting https://otpwala.me, registering an account, authenticating via Google OAuth, depositing funds into your wallet, or provisioning a virtual phone number, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the platform or make use of any of our services.

2. Description of Service

OTPWala provides automated access to temporary, disposable virtual telephone numbers sourced from global telecommunication partners. These numbers are engineered specifically to receive automated SMS verification codes (One-Time Passwords) when registering or verifying accounts across supported third-party web platforms, mobile applications, and online services.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To purchase and activate virtual numbers, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and password, or via Google OAuth single sign-on.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• One Account per Individual: Creation of multiple abusive accounts or utilizing automated scripts to spam registrations is strictly prohibited.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding contract and use this service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

OTPWala is provided strictly for legitimate privacy testing, application development, personal privacy preservation, and valid account verification. You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, extortion, terrorism, or violation of local, national, or international laws.
• Financial & Banking Fraud: Creating illicit bank accounts, conducting unauthorized payment transactions, or defrauding financial institutions.
• Spam & Harassment: Generating bulk automated accounts for unsolicited marketing, bulk spamming, phishing campaigns, or harassing individuals.
• Telemarketing & Scam Operations: Any activity designed to deceive, impersonate government agencies, or operate phone scams.
• Circumvention of Platform Bans: Evading law enforcement bans, court orders, or system restrictions imposed on criminal actors.
• Automated Platform Attacks: Reverse engineering, overloading, DDoS attacks, scraping, or exploiting API vulnerabilities on OTPWala.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining wallet balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. Number Ownership & Limitations

• No Permanent Ownership: You do not acquire any proprietary interest, ownership, or perpetual title to any telephone number provided through OTPWala.
• Single-Activation Nature: Numbers are disposable. Once an activation session terminates or completes, the number is released to the upstream provider and cannot be retrieved again for subsequent verification codes.
• Third-Party Application Discretion: We do not control whether a third-party service (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google) accepts or flags a virtual number. While our delivery rates are continually optimized, acceptance remains subject to third-party policies.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OTPWALA AND ITS AFFILIATES PROVIDE ALL SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OTPWALA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OTPWALA DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on your account;
• Requested by law enforcement or governmental agencies;
• Discontinuing or substantially modifying the service or any part thereof.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of OTPWala following any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
